How and when will items ship?
Items online are available for in store pickup when showing as in stock and indicated by consumer at purchase. Requests for shipping in stock items to consumer will be filled within 48 hours.
Catalog and vendor direct items are subject to vendor availability. All shipping costs are paid by consumer.
What is the return policy?
Items may be exchanged within 15 days of receipt. All exchanges must be accompanied by the packing slip. Items must be in their original condition with tags. Laundered items are neither exchangeable or refundable. Embroidered items are neither exchangeable or refundable. Non-embroidered items purchased online and NOT at our retail location may be exchanged if they are in their original condition with tags and within 15 days of receipt. All shipping/freight charges must be prepaid by customer on exchanged items unless the exchange is a result of our error. We do not provide refunds, all purchases are final.
What happens if I forget to pick up my merchandise?
Items not picked up within 30 days will be returned to stock or donated to those less fortunate. No refunds, replacements, or exchanges will be given on merchandise abandoned more than 30 days.
What if I bring something in for embroidery and it gets damaged?
G. Willies will not pay to replace merchandise bought elsewhere and brought here for embroidery. While damage and mistakes are rare, they occasionally happen and we cannot be responsible for damaged merchandise not purchased through us.
